School is situated at Lambra, a town, about 9 kilometers from Jalandhar City. This institution is dedicated to Baba Khushal Singh, the nephew of Nawab Kapoor Singh, founder of ‘Faizalpuria Misal’. Baba Khushal Singh, a great warrior died on ‘Chetra’ 23, 1765. His son Budh Singh donated Lambra then a village, to Mujhal Hussaini Biradari (Brahmins). This town is a distinguished example of secularism since people of all castes and religions living here pay homage to Baba Khushal Singh by visiting Gurudwara on all important occasions. Likewise, school also follows the spirit of secularism by having students from different castes, religions, colours and creeds.
